Alan has 31 years of combined project and professional experience including the successful implementations at dozens of clients across as many industries. Deployments include both SaaS and ERP enterprise-class solutions of PeopleSoft, Vertex and Workday and roles include both Project Manager and Senior consultant.

These experiences allow him to bring a wealth of practical experience to any deployment and drive continuous improvement in a flexible yet standardized best practices way; to foster communication a distributed engagement; and, guide governance and compliance throughout the process.
