Dina is a curious professional with a passion for positive and efficient business transformation.

She is familiar with agile methodologies and her experience includes multiple, full-cycle and phased global implementations for both new client initiatives as well as implementations with pre-existing live systems. She leads and supports her clients through the implementation with a focus on setting up the organization for sustainable maintenance and self-sufficiency post go-live. This includes activities such as aligning multiple work streams, timeline management, producing and presenting regular status reports, process design, workshop facilitation, requirements development and documentation, configuration, testing, and end-user communications material creation.

Dina has served clients in Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Canada, United States, South America, and Asia. The clients spanned across industries including textiles, construction, oil & gas, consumer products, valuables management, entertainment, technology, healthcare, luxury goods, and retail.

She is certified in Workday (HCM, Integrations, Studio, EM/PM) with deep experience in project management, Data Conversion, Workday HCM, Compensation, and Reporting. Dina serves her clients with acuity in English, but is also a native Mandarin speaker.
